EFTPOS
The EHC has full EFTPOS services and will take all major cards without excess. Cheques, money orders and cash are also accepted.
Private Health
The centre is able to claim directly with any of the participating private health funds where you hold extras cover that includes psychological services. Please check with your fund to see if you are covered. There is usually an out of pocket componet that is payable on the day.
Medicare
Medicare services need to paid in full.
Rebates can be claimed at the time of service and will be credited to your nominated account on the same day.
Bulk Bill clients (Health Care Card and GP referral) need to bring their Medicare and Health Care Card to each appointment.

Cancellations
As a courtesy, we attempt to contact you at least one day before a scheduled appointment. However, if you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as practicable. Uncancelled appointments will be charged directly to you.
